Leadership Essentials Workshops

Program Overview:

Dr. Tatiana Astray designed and delivered two-day workshops for Metrolinx employees in collaboration with the Schulich ExecEd team. The workshops focused on Leadership Skills, Psychological Safety, De-escalation Strategies, Effective Communication, and Emotional Intelligence. Each workshop day was delivered seven times, across 14 sessions, to groups of approximately 30 participants.
