About the Lab

The Thoughtful Leader Lab is a space to pause, reflect, and experiment with your own growth.

Developed by Dr. Tatiana Astray, the Leadership Lab tools bring together science and lived experience. Rooted in behavioural research and refined through years of executive coaching and facilitation, they were designed to make self-awareness both attainable and transformative. The tools reflect insights drawn from Dr. Astray’s own leadership journey and her work with senior leaders across industries.
